Yes. All vessels wintering on the premises must hold valid insurance compliant with Greek Law 4926/2022.
Yes. The premises are enclosed by a 3-meter security fence and monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance.

Yes. Maintenance requests, including pre-launch works such as hull painting or polishing, must be submitted no later than 31 December.
Owners may coordinate directly with external service providers; however, the shipyard bears no responsibility for third-party services.
The shipyard undertakes specific maintenance and repair works directly. For services not provided in-house, certified external partners may be engaged.
Yes. Wi-Fi access is available within the shipyard premises.
Yes. Shared hygiene facilities with hot water showers are available for clients while their vessel is within the shipyard premises.
Yes, staying onboard is permitted in accordance with the shipyard’s terms and conditions.
The order of hauling and launching is determined by the Travel Lift personnel on the day of operation. Clearance via VHF channel 77 is required before approaching the dock.
Travel Lift operations are available year-round and are conducted during morning hours. Vessels must be ready from 08:00 AM on the scheduled date.
The shipyard operates a 160-ton CIMOLAI Travel Lift, installed in 2025, ensuring safe and efficient vessel handling.
Yes, provided they are correctly addressed in the vessel owner’s name. The shipyard accepts no responsibility for loss, delay or damage.
Yes. Fuel delivery within the shipyard is available, with a minimum order of 500 liters.
Yes. Access to electricity (220/380V) and water is provided free of charge. Please note that tap water is not potable.
